Take a ride around the block in a beautiful horse-drawn carriage. Pick up is on Fourth Avenue (last ride is at 8:45 p.m.)

Santa’s trusty reindeer will greet you in the outdoor plaza. Free indoor activities for children include face painting, balloon art, temporary tattoos, a selfie station, live music by Scott and Rosanna, and caricatures.

Visit Pittsburgh’s very own Holiday Circus at the Fifth Avenue FREEZE! Discover a shimmering display featuring Ice Circus Animals welcoming the Holidays! Get up close and snap photos with our Ice Elephant, Dogs, Lion, Bear and more. And enjoy live ice carving shows by award winning master ice carver Rich Bubin of Ice Creations. The Shops and Food Court will also be open until 9:00 p.m. with many eateries open later.

American Cancer Society’s Tribute of Light/Plaza Tree Lighting | 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
The plaza will glow as over 300 people carry hand-held Tribute of Light Memorials, dedicated to someone touched by cancer. The ceremony culminates with the lighting of the breathtaking 65-foot Plaza Christmas tree by a young cancer survivor. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Performances
Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will perform several free thirty-minute sets featuring holiday classics.
